Our client is a global retailer of high-end fashion goods and is seeking proposals for a Transport Management System (TMS) that will help them optimize their transportation operations, reduce freight spend, and improve visibility across our supply chain. We are looking for a solution provider who can come up with a comprehensive product that includes the software, hardware, and services necessary to implement and maintain the TMS.

Scope of Work:

 

The vendor will be responsible for providing a TMS that can manage our inbound and outbound transportation activities, including order management, carrier selection, routing, scheduling, tracking, and reporting. The TMS should be able to integrate with our existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, warehouse management system (WMS), and other relevant systems. The vendor should also provide training and support to our staff to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
