Must submit a case study focused on a client success story
Client must agree to participate in verification.
Technology must be commercially available and implemented.
Companies can apply to multiple categories if applicable, but each application must be for a distinct case study.
Judging & Selection Process
A. Judging Panels
- Composition: Diverse group of independent experts including: 1. Senior supply chain executives (from non-competing companies) 2. Academics specializing in supply chain and technology 3. Industry analysts and consultants 4. Venture capitalists with supply chain tech focus.
- Impartiality: Strict conflict-of-interest guidelines for judges.
- Scoring Rubric: A standardized scoring system for consistency.
B. Evaluation Criteria
- Impact & ROI (40%): Quantifiable results, demonstrated financial and operational benefits, clear return on investment.
- Innovation & Uniqueness (20%): Novelty of the solution, competitive differentiation, foresight in addressing industry challenges.
- Implementation & Process Excellence (15%): Smoothness of deployment, problem-solving during implementation, integration capabilities.
- Change Management & Adoption (15%): Effectiveness of strategies to ensure user adoption, overcoming resistance, long-term sustainability of the solution within the client's organization.
- Ease of Use & User Experience (10%): Intuitive design, minimal training required, positive user feedback.
- Additional Considerations (Bonus Points): Scalability, sustainability impact, client satisfaction beyond metrics, long-term partnership potential.
C. Selection Stages:
- Stage 1: Initial Review: Screening for eligibility and completeness of applications.
- Stage 2: Independent Judging: Each qualified application reviewed and scored by multiple judges.
- Stage 3: Shortlisting: Top-scoring applications in each category are shortlisted.
- Stage 4: Final Deliberation & Verification: Judges may conduct brief calls with shortlisted clients for verification, if needed. Final winners selected based on consensus and highest scores.
